Jean-Louis Scherrer is inaugurating a collection of three perfumes called Pop Delights, which as its name indicates, is meant to reach out to a younger audience than their classic, elegant chyprés might touch. 01, 02 and 03 are "three chapters" of a "single trip"...
Pop, of course, was happening back in the 60s, but it's more the notion of what pop continues to represent for each generation that is hinted at. If it pops, it's colorful and joyful. If it sounds like pop music, it's full of the dynamism and energy of youth.
01 eau de toilette, by perfumer Mathilde Bijaoui of Mane, has top notes of galbanum, bergamot and lime, with heart notes of orange blossom and green tea and base notes of musks and white woods.
02 edt, signed by perfumer Violaine Collas of Mane, has top notes of pink peppercorn and grapefruit, with heart notes of gardenia, jasmine, peach and apricot, and a base of tonka bean, patchouli and ambery woods.
03 eau de toilette, by perfumer Julie Massé of Mane, has top notes of mandarin and saffron, with a heart of Turkish rose absolute and base notes of vanilla, sandalwood, patchouli and oud.
Each bottle of 50 ml is priced at 60,50€.
