Aerin has launched a naturalistic duo of perfumes called Tuberose Le Jour & Tuberose Le Soir, capturing the sultry scent of tuberose as it evolves from daybreak to sunset. Flowers offer evolving scents along the day, like perfume clocks, and so the idea was to pause on the meaningful moments of harvest at dawn and at sunset...
Tag line is "Radiant by day. Elegant at night."
Tuberose Le Jour is inspired by the fields of tuberose flowers in India in which a harvest takes place in the early hours of the day to collect fresh, dewy, barely opened buds whose scent is at its most ethereal. This is said to be a delicate, luminous and feminine composition. Notes include neroli, orange blossom, cool jasmine, Cashmeran and cedarwood.
Tuberose Le Soir on the other hand is the perfume of fully blossoming tuberose flowers at sundown, the time when its olfactory profile is at its richest, requiring a second evening harvest. The composition is described as being elegant, warm, luxurious and sparkling. Notes include mandarin, bergamot, ylang ylang, sandalwood and vanilla.
SRPs are $215 and $305 for 50 ml and 100 ml of eau de parfum respectively.
