Night Trees // Les arbres de la nuit {Paris Street Photography}

Night Trees // Les arbres de la nuit © Chant Wagner 2018

This photograph is mostly about how trees transfigure themselves at sundown borrowing different colors from the light environment...

You might not think it worthwhile to gaze upwards and look at foliage at night - where's the show? - but trails of yellow catch your eye much more vividly than during the day. You never saw that tree in that light before. The sky is particularly opaque, coal-like and gray, lightened only by the opening of the camera and a street lamp, offering the right backdrop to the manifestation of color.
