For the holidays season, L'Artisan Parfumeur has released a limited-edition coffret dedicated to celebrating the 40th anniversary of Mûre et Musc, a modern classic of authorial perfumery. The orginal eau de toilette is now flanked by two new compositions entitled Murmure et Musc and Mûre Émoi...

It turns out that the first fragrance, whose concept was elaborated by Jean Laporte, was finished thanks to the participation of perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena, who today signs the two other scents in the Olfactive Memories coffret.

Murmure et Musc edp develops a musk note, while Musc Emoi edp focuses on the blackberry note, taking both facets farther along the way. The brand sees this as an opportunity to reveal the internal mechanics of the original composition, designed as a skin scent.

The coffret is available in the L'Artisan Parfumeur boutiques in 100 numbered copies for 190€. It comprises 100 ml of edt and 10 ml of each of the edps. It also includes watercolors by Jean-Claude Ellena.
