Fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld has released a new her-and-him duo of fragrances called Fleur de Mûrier and Bois de Yuzu, the second one in the collection entitled Les Parfums Matières inaugurated last year with Bois de Vétiver and Fleur de Pêcher...
Both new compositions are signed by perfumer Emilie Coppermann of Symrise.
Bois de Yuzu is labeled as a citrusy-woodsy-fougère. The eau de toilette is said to be an olfactive oxymoron, both fresh and deeply woody. Main notes are ginger, mandarin, clary sage, yuzu, papyrus, moss and woods. It is said to be "an ode to masculinity."
Fleur de Mûrier or mulberry blossom is a fruity, woody floriental. The eau de parfum has benefited from special attention to the making of the sillage or trail. Main notes are reducurrant, raspberry leaves, mulberry blossom, violet petals, ambery musks and sandalwood. The scent is said to be "addictive without being overly sweet."
SRPs are 49€ for 100 ml and 35€ for 50 ml for both the edt and edp.
