I was in France barely a week ago. I went to Sephora, in Nimes, and came across Lancome's Benghal. I made a bee line for it as I had read about it on the internet and was curious as to how it would smell. Can't say I was terribly impressed. Then again, I had been smelling all sorts of other perfumes, so maybe that had something to do with it. I suppose I'll have to give it another chance. If the scent comes to the States, that is.

Yes, nose fatigue might be a factor. I have not sought out this fragrance. I spied the other one, Tropiques, at discounters, so perhaps you could try that venue
