This definitely confirms the neo-chypre trend, doesn't it? And no one will complain about a new David Lynch perfume film. He's already done several (Tresor, Opium and sundry Armanis...).

The perfume itself does sound like another of the "new chypres" (which is much better than fruity floral, n'est-ce pas?), but the ad campaign has me looking forward to it. Lynch happens to be one of my favourite directors. His "Gio" one was very classic glamour with a twist.
However: confusing about the names, no? Another just "Gucci"...

Oh yes, if ever the chypres were on the verge of extinction, they are now definitely alive and kicking. Well maybe they died with the ban on oakmoss and now we should not confuse the new ones with the old ones. Le chypre est mort, vive le chypre!
I had forgotten about that. I only remember the Trésor one and the Gio one. Found a good link about his commercials:

You have read my mind:) Fortunately the bottles are quite distinctive...if that helps. It is not going to make it easy to find the perfume on the web.
