Hugo-Man-One-Fragrance-One-Tree.jpgHugo Boss have launched a green campaign to promote reforestation, clean air and their masculine colognes in partnership with environmental Pur Project founded by Tristam Leconte. Whenever you buy a bottle of either Hugo Man One Fragrance One Tree or Hugo Element One Fragrance One Tree, a tree will be planted in the tropical forests of Peru and Bolivia.

Each packaging contains a bar code that allows you to look up your tree on Google Maps and locate it. The surface of forest that was brought by the green group Pur is the equivalent of 3 Central Parks or 35 jardins du Luxembourg, i.e., 38 hectares.

Although the olfactory pyramids for the colognes are displayed differently, there is no indication that the scents have been touched.

Visual artists are invited to submit creative designs including the Hugo bottle to illustrate the campaign until February 28, 2010. 10 winners will be picked and will be awarded $500 and global recognition. Results will be announced on April 1, 2010. More info at hugocreate.com
