French niche perfume house Teo Cabanel, originally established in 1893 and reopened more recently in 2005 will launch a new fragrance this fall called Early Roses from September 2010. The eau de parfum is described as being "floral, aerial and subtle," inspired as it is by the vision of a stroll taken in a rose garden in the early morning....

The composition is signed by in-house perfumer Jean-François Latty. It is their fifth feminine fragrance after Alahine, Oha, Julia and Méloé. They have not yet created masculines nor unisex scents.

The opening is said to be spring-like with notes of morning dew, jasmine and rose. The heart is velvetier resting on Bulgarian rose, pink peppercorn and jasmine. The development is light and feminine leading to a delicate base of amber, musk and woody notes.

The roses motif on the flacon was designed by Patrice Boulat who has worked for Hermès, Cartier, Narciso Rodriguez etc.

Early Roses launches on September 25th 2010. Prices: 78€ for 50 ml and 104€ for 100 ml. Available at Galeries Lafayette in France, Douglas Premium, independent perfumeries, at the spa at Hotel George V in Paris and other luxury spas.
