Givenchy are preparing to launch a new flanker to Very Irrésistible from March 2014 called Very Irrésistible L'Eau en Rose fronted by actress Amanda Seyfried...
The name is an allusion to the French expression "Voir la vie en rose," "to see life though rose-tinted glasses", and of course is a romance reference to Edith Piaf's song, La vie en rose.
According to Fashion Monitor, the perfume was designed to be an universal floral scent for all women.
The floral musky eau de toilette has been offered a fruity blackberry twist to its rose core, a common interpretation of the musky theme nowadays since L'Artisan Parfumeur Mûre et Musc.
Prices are £64.50 for 75ml, £52.50 for 50ml and £37.50 for 30ml.
The fragrance launched in Paris to the press in December 2013 with actress Amanda Seyfried in attendance as the face of the label. The rose theme of the fragrance was reflected throughout the decor with a view of Paris tinted in coral pink.
