The composition was developed with French perfume house Corania Est. 1934 which lately have been actively introducing a mass-market collection of so-called soliflores entitled Solinotes, i.e., single note perfumes, to be combined. They are also the people behind the bestseller Sharmy Kitty, which according to third generation brand owner Laurent Cohen has brought to them attention from labels looking for license collaborators, including the All Blacks.
