Armani will launch a new perfume for women in the Diamonds series called Emporio Armani Diamonds Violet...

The gourmand fruity-floral opens on top notes of Lychee, Raspberry & Passion Fruit leading to a heart of Bulgarian Rose Absolute, Lily of the Valley & a Violet accord. The base notes rest on Patchouli, Vanilla & Praline.

Given the fragrance notes, the composition skews towards the younger demographic group of women. The advertising reinforces the sentiment as it looks like a more mature version of the Vera Wang Princess character, another icon for a successful perfume franchise.

There is a violet trend this spring-summer and in 2015, to which we will have occasion to go back.
