E. Coudray is one of the oldest perfumeries still in existence. It was established in 1822 by chemist-doctor Edmond Coudray under the reign of Louis XVIII, 6 years before Guerlain.

In September of 2007, E. Coudray will launch a new fragrance called Esperys, the 7th addition to their current catalogue.....

Esperys has top notes of Bergamot of Calabre, green foliage, rose berry. Heart notes include Damascena rose, freesia, white caramel, and Indonesian Patchouly. Base notes are white musk, precious woods,Tonka Beans, and Bourbon Vanilla.

Between shadow and light...Esperys...a name full of mystery, a soft fragrant dream in which lacy leaves meld with pink peppercorns offering an extraordinary diversity.

A dream full of tenderness and happiness to which you walk on ground strewn with rose petals interlaced with notes of caramel and freesia. The effect is captivating - you are under the spell of this enchantment.

The dream continues as you are gently rocked in this atmosphere of msytery, curious to discover the light in an explosion of colours and scents: white musk, precious woods, tonka bean, Bourbon Vanilla...the essence of elegance, charm, and magic.

A dream. No, a fragrance that bewitches you for your greatest pleasure.
