Beloved by American Beauty: Ashley Judd Reveals Her Romantic Side {New Perfume}

Beloved American Beauty.jpg
American Beauty will release a new women's perfume fronted by actress Ashley Judd. After Wonderful and Wonderful Indulgence, Judd will lend her image to Beloved. Although not a celebrity perfume per se, as it was not developed in collaboration with Judd, it nevertheless benefits from her aura and attempts to capture a spirit of romanticism that Ashley Judd says reflects one of the facets of her personality......

Ashley Judd says that she is not interested in actually developing a signature perfume,

"I am very happy here [American Beauty]. And I think that Beloved is very much a reflection of the whimsical, romantic side of me. It suits me well."

The fragrance was developed by fragrance developer Karyn Khoury in association with perfumers from IFF.

Beloved has "top notes of golden apricot, calla lilies and bitter orange; a heart of tuberose petal, orange flower, orris and stephanotis, and a drydown of cottonwood, sandalwood and amber.

So far, Wonderful and Wonderful Indulgence have opted for a clean, fresh, pretty, uncomplicated, and very American, to my nose, definition of femininity in perfume.

Beloved will be available in one size, 1.7 oz. for $39.50, exclusively at Kohl's beginning in March."

I LOVE the first two American Beauty fragrances and think Ashley Judd looks GREAT in the ads. I first tried AB because I liked her so much and I'm so glad I did.
