Ferragamo recently presented its four upcoming fragrances at the TFWA World Exhibition: F For Fascinating, Incanto Heaven, Apparition Sky, and Ungaro, the latter about which we reported earlier on.........
F For Fascinating was created by perfumer Olivier Polge and is said to target a younger age group of women than the preceding F by Ferragamo. It is described as a woody floral and features notes of mandarin sorbet, sambac jasmine, and patchouli.
"The F for Fascinating product line-up comprises 30ml, 50ml and 90ml edt sprays, priced on a par with the original at €36, €58 and €77, respectively."
Incanto Heaven will first be launched in Japan in January of 2008 before being globally distributed in April. It targets the Asian audience as the Incanto franchise has done particularly well in Asia. Incanto Dream is being discontinued.
"The juice is a fruity floral, opening on notes of grapefruit, seringa flower and apple, leading to a heart of pink peony, apricot and hibiscus flower tea. The base features orris, violet and musk.
The Incanto Heaven collection comprises 30ml, 50ml and 100ml edt sprays, a 150ml body lotion and a 150ml bath & shower gel. Price points range from €24 to €74."
Apparition Sky is also thought to be a future hit with Japanese consumers. It is meant to be worn as a happy talisman.
"The juice is a floral transparent musk, with top notes of bergamot, apple and star fruit. Cyclamen and lotus form the heart, with cedar wood and musk in the base.
Apparition Sky is available as a 30ml, 50ml and 90ml edt spray, priced at €32, €52 and €69, respectively."
When a perfume is said to target an Asian audience, it usually means that the scent will be lighter and more sheer.
