Lancôme Cyclades (2008) {New Fragrance}

Cyclades-Lancôme.jpg

After Tropiques and Benghal, Lancôme will release in February of 2008 a third fragrance in its Collection Voyage series called Cyclades, which is exclusive to travel retail in principle but usually make it to the discounters' and department stores' counters. The new perfume is inspired by the Mediterranean and more specifically the ambiance of a Greek village located in the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea...

"...complete with whitewashed houses, azure skies, colourful flowers and a balmy air.

The Cyclades juice is a musky floral, opening on notes of neroli and bergamot essence, leading to a heart composed of oleander and jasmine. The base is a blend of white musk and vanilla hyperabsolute."

Cyclades will be available, 50 ml for 40 €.

    • It's sold at airports. I smelled it in Dublin and it seemed to be rather nice, but it's hard for me to tell for sure due to the crowded olfactory context.

      Sometimes these travel-exclusives make it to discount stores.
