although I mostly wear his most conventional feminine fragrances such as Fleurs d 'Oranger, Louve, A la Nuit, Clair de Musc, Daim Blond, Serge Lutens keeps amazing me with his captivating world of perfume creations linked to History of civilizations.
Chypre Rouge, Sarrasins, Santal de Mysore, Cuir Mauresque, Rahat Loukoum, Fumerie Turque, Gingembre, Rose de Nuit...these are truly precious olfactory gems.

Thank you for the heads up. The ad copy is a little weird ("study on the sensation of preciousness"? And black Rolls?), but a Lutens is always worth sniffing.

helg, I think one shall not interpret Lutens words in a too literal way. in this case it 's a purposely humorous wink on british humor, "British classic lifestyle meet Orient" being the fragrance theme.

I'm ready for more Serge Lutens olfactory adventures. Will this one only be available in the 50 ml, or will it also come in the bell jar?

This is a remarkable fragrance, I am so fussy and have never smelt anything in the genre so very unusual and haunting .... its going to be one of my new favourites.
