Avon & Ungaro U for Her & Him (2008) {New Fragrances} {Men's Cologne}
Following the developments of higher profile fragrances in collaboration with luxury designers Christian Lacroix for Rouge and Noir and Cynthia Rowley for Flower and Petal, Avon will now offer a new duo of perfumes created in partnership with couturier Emmanuel Ungaro from August of 2008.
The fragrances are called Ungaro U for Her and U for Him, not to be confused with last year's Ungaro by Ungaro fragrance bottled in a U-shaped flacon.....
"Jean Marc Chaillan and Loc Dong created U by Ungaro For Her, and Yves Cassar and Pascal Gaurin formulated the men's scent. U by Ungaro for Her is a modern floral with top notes of bergamot blossom, freesia and pepper blossom; middle notes of acacia aura, living lotus flower and osmanthus, and bottom notes of oris, sandalwood and musk. The men's fragrance is composed of top notes of green mandarin leaf, ruby red grapefruit and pomegranate; middle notes of immortale, cardamom and cedar leaf, and bottom notes of vetiver, patchouli, sandalwood, tonka bean and Peru balsam."
Reese Witherspoon will be the face for the fragrance.
The women's U is priced at $32 and the men's U at $28.

Lovely, thats great that Avon is launching a new perfume. I personally love the products of Avon as they are very good and also valuable and affordable.

I've tried several of their perfumes now. I think the more recent ones, including last year's, are better than the older ones

I have a perfume fettish. Some people like shoes, some like jewlry...I love perfume. I have tried most all of them...and have quite a few. I have just tried the new Ungaro for Her and Him (on my husband) and by far, these are the best new scents in a long time!!! Not just for Avon...but across the board! I already love Avon and now I just love them more. This year has been exceptional for them. They have really stepped it up and I personally believe, they out do high end department store products...and at a fraction of their costs!!! I definitely recommend these fragrances to anyone. They smell wonderful and last a long time.
