Miller Harris Note de Peau (2008) - Very Limited Edition {New Fragrance}

Note-de-Peau-Miller-Harris.jpg

Miller Harris has created a special, limited-edition for Le Bon Marché in Paris called Note de Peau (Skin Note).

"Capturing the essence of French chic, Note de Peau follows the tradition of the grand orientals, with notes of bergamot, lavender, myrrh, tonka bean and musk."...

Only 100 copies were issued. The flacons were engraved in an artisanal manner. Interviewed by Elle.fr, perfumer Lyn Harris said,

"Pour le jus, j'ai voulu retranscrire mon idée de la femme française. Chic, sophistiquée, qui sait s'habiller. Une femme qu'on remarque quand elle entre dans une pièce et dont le parfum laisse une trace. Je l'ai imaginé avec les acheteuses du Bon Marché, en mixant ma vision classique du chic et de la beauté française avec la modernité de la femme Rive Gauche qui fréquente ce grand magasin."

"For the juice I wanted to transcribe my vision of the French woman. She is chic, sophisticated, knows how to dress. It is a woman one notices when one walks into a room and whose perfume leaves a trace. I imagined it with the buyers of Le Bon Marché, by mixing my classical vision of chic and French beauty with the modernity of the left bank woman who patronizes this deparment store."

Eau de Parfum, 100ml - 160 €. Available exclusively at Le Bon Marche Rive Gauche - 24 rue de Sevres, 75007 Paris. Call +33 1 42 22 24 46.
