While I find Kate Moss absolutely sexy (not only) in this video, in a slutty kind of way (a thing not bad in itself), the commercial itself feels rather vapid. Enough with selling sex!
On the other hand, at the risk of being laughed at, I must admit I thought the cheap-looking, tacky ad for Ange ou Demon Le Secret featuring the gorgeous Uma Thurman was loads of fun. Why have promo videos such as the one for Tresor with Kate Winslet lost the appeal, I wonder. Of course that was just a rhetorical question. Sigh.

Having just smelled and tested the scent on my skin i can say it does not match that very "orgasmic " ad !! To me it is less interesting than its "ancestor" Paris ... just another very commercial fragrance !! can't be compared to the new Idylle ( that is quite commercial too anyway and pas très Guerlain à mon avis !).
Ive been reading your blog for a few months and i just love it !!

Idylle...I'm precisely going to publish a review of it. I don't quite agree with you that it is not very Guerlain because although the style has evolved...well, you'll see :)

Im looking forward to your review of Idylle and i guess i was wrong when i wrote those words yesterday , ive been wearing the scent since this morning and yes you can definitely perceive la Guerlinade ! It's just that im a very oriental/vanilla/powdery scent kind of a girl .-)

I love rose scent and YSL products as well. Kate is beautiful, love their parfumes, too. In the film she moves very nicely at the end of with the Rose in her hand.
