Sean John Empress (2011) {New Fragrance}

Sean "Diddy" Combs will launch a feminine counterpart to his men's fragrance I Am King called Empress by Sean John. The scent will debut in August 2011 and is meant to pay homage to women,

“I created Empress for the woman who is powerful beyond all others,”...“She is greater than a queen; she is the ruler of her universe.”...

Empress is a crisp floral perfume. It opens on notes of key lime pie, mandarin imperial, starfruit and imperial french berry before developing a heart resting on raspberries, passion flower, peony, cardamom and ambrette seeds. The scent lingers on with vanilla, sandalwood, crystallized caramel and second skin accord.

Eaux de parfum in two sizes — 1.7 oz. for $57 and 3.4 oz. for $74 — will be offered, as will a 6.7-oz. body cream for $38.
