Yves Saint Laurent will introduce a new flanker to L'Homme (2006) from August 26th 2013 called L'Homme Parfum Intense. The brief was about creating a more sophisticated, sensual and powerful version of the original, bringing it from a fruity-woody scent to a woody-ambery perfume...

The new composition remains faithful to the first while being "more intensely vibrating and magnetic," It is co-signed by perfumers Anne Flipo and Dominique Ropion of IFF, two of the original authors of the scent.

The fragrance opens on top notes of cedrat, bergamot, black pepper and Davana flower leading to a contrasting Yin and Yang heart of violet leaves and orange blossom before intensifying its sillage with cedar wood essence, benzoin resin and a soft sueded leather accord.

The flacon is inspired by the Bauhaus school of design and sports the famous Cassandre YSL logo on top of the cap.

Available in 60 ml and 100 ml spray bottles.
