Video game Angry Birds has launched an unisex perfume in the shape of Red Bird simply called Angry Birds. This is the limited-edition scent released for the French market. The bottle differs, as well as the fragrance notes, when you compare those with the versions available in the US and UK markets...

In France, it's made its entry at Sephora in the children perfume section although the brand underline the versatility of the juice which can be worn by persons of all ages, except for babies judging from the notes.

The composition is said to be as addictive as the game itself, a common goal to attain for both industries, sometimes actively sought out by perfume makers.

The eau de parfum opens on lemon, petit grain, cardamom and orange leading to a heart of lily of the valley, jasmine and rosemary while resting on base notes of vetiver and amber.

For Angry Birds fans, you should note that the French composition appears to be more complex than its international counterparts which were moreover issued in more fleeting eau de toilette concentration. It might be more in the vein of the award-winning Hello Kitty perfume which turns out to be good enough to be worn by people outside of its target audience as a gentle skin scent.

Price: 29,90€ for 50 ml.
