It's cold out there these days of February

I've been struck by how devil-may-care

The young are about the weather conditions...

And so, they spill onto the street their sense of fun, freedom and possibility

Of easy encounters and inquisitiveness about the other

If coldness could be covered up by noise and voices

It would feel warm as in a night in summer
