• The 9th and 10th of February 2008 will see the celebration of the Violette de Toulouse in its native pink city. (Web City)....

• Gendarme will introduce a mass-market offshoot of its prestige fragrance called Gendarme Sport, which will be available for $24.99 (WWD)

• The classic Tabu franchise by Dana will release a body spray called Tabu Forbidden. (WWD) 

• Dana will also launch a new perfume called Black Lace Sheer Seduction, available for $24.99 for a 14. oz flacon. (WWD)

• Pop punk singer Avril Lavigne is set to launch her signature fragrance. She reportedly filed an application to the US patents office for "perfumery, after shave, bath oil, bath soap, shower gel, body shampoo and body lotion". (Take 40)
