Bernard Pommier, the organizer of the beauty and perfume event to take place in New York City, Perfume Expo America, has released the information that 80 % of the available exhibit space has been sold and that slots are still open.

One of PXA's missions is to assist in bringing emerging brands to the industry's attention, but not just that apparently. See early list of attendees.....

"The 2008 Perfume Expo America will be held May 12-14, 2008, at the Metropolitan Pavilion and the Altman Building in New York City.

This significant event for the beauty industry brings together exhibitors (Marketers) and buyers from beauty stores to participate in three days of exhibits and meetings. The tradeshow is complemented by conferences and a social program that gives attendees valuable opportunities to network inside and outside of the exhibit hall."

234 brands are already registered and over 600 qualified buyers are enlisted.

Rooms can be booked at the preferred rate of $ 300 at the Marriot Marquis in Time Square.
