Celebrity Paris Hilton is bringing not only a new collection of perfumes to her fans this spring 2011, but a new fragrance concept for them: the storied trio of perfumes. The Passport Fragrance Collection includes Paris (of course!), South Beach and Tokyo, which are three of the Hilton Hotel chain heiress' favorite world destinations...
The collection also confirms the popularity of Japanese anime characters in the beauty and fragrance industry where they have become a sign of adorable, whimsical and cute.
Each perfume has a distinct personality "reflecting the pulse of the city that is the fragrance's inspiration." Paris is "enchanting and innocently flirty"; South Beach is "blonde and beautiful;" Paris is "cool and cute."
Paris is a fruity oriental and was composed by perfumer Honorine Blanc of Firmenich. Top notes are mandarin, juicy red berries, golden peach; heart notes are jasmine sambac, honeysuckle, purple peony; base notes are vanilla, amber, white patchouli, creamy musk.
South Beach is a fruity floral and is also signed by nose Honorine Blanc. Head notes are nectarine, lotus flower, white freesia; heart notes are jasmine sambac, marigold, osmanthus; base notes are blonde woods, Australian sandalwood, captive musk.
Tokyo is a citrus fresh and was composed by Steve DeMercado of Fragrance Resources. Top notes are Italian lemon and crisp Fuji apple; middle notes are watery frangipani, white jasmine, French iris, Mediterranean orange flower; base notes are golden cedar, clean musk, sandalwood.
