The Hello-Kitty franchise has added a new perfume to their collection with Hello Kitty Party. In France, it is targeting a children audience while in the US, it playfully panders to "the young at heart".
These scents can actually be very good, like the original Hello Kitty, and are a good option for people looking for low-key perfumes...
Hello Kitty Party EDT* is reportedly inspired by the story of "a party with style". The French advert stresses notions of "softness" and "poetry" as being the hallmarks of childhood when talking about the new fruity scent.
Mainstream French perfumeries have dedicated corners for children perfumery and pharmacies usually carry perfumes for babies.
