Yves Rocher have launched a new opus called Secrets d'Essences Néroli in their higher-end collection devoted to the highlighting of specific perfumery materials. The new musky floral was composed by perfumer Véronique Nyberg...
The structure of the fragrance opens on happy mandarin, bitter orange, petit grain and bergamot. It rests in its heart on the contrast between neroli and orange blossom absolute, both extracted from the bitter orange tree. The first one evokes a scent smelled during the morning and is more innocent, the second one is more honeyed and sultrier with more sexual innuendos contained in it. The base notes feature musks "without which you cannot imagine a modern perfume".
Musks here were used to evoke a tactile sensation of the softest of skins,"perfume then is like leaving a kiss in the neck of the woman you love."
