The brand name says it all. This French organic beauty and perfume brand, So' Bio Etic, released a new product called Spray Sensualité made with 7 essential oils which are certified organic-grade according to the European legislation...
The blend was studied to enhance the senses. OK, it's meant to be an aphrodisiac relying on time-tested natural essences. So it contains: "Citrus paradisi peel oil*, Cananga odorata flower oil*, Citrus reticulata peel oil*,Cinnamomum zeylanicum bark oil*, Zingiber officinalis root oil*, Citrus bergamia peel oil*,Santalum spicata wood oil*."
Cinnamon, ginger, ylang, sandalwood are known for their spicy and warm aromas.
The surprise for this nose however was to inhale a familiar scent as I sprayed some in the atmosphere -this is a room spray. After mulling it over for a few minutes, I had the answer: this is a natural, eco-conscious version of the blend concocted by Frédéric Malle Editions de Parfums called Musc Ravageur.
It smells exactly the same. If you try it on the skin though, it does not work. It's not been constructed to diffuse as a personal scent.
Meanwhile, if you love Musc Ravageur ("Killer Musk"), this is an eminently breathable and twin scent to the original. It's also cheaper at 8,25€ for 15 ml.
Pregnant, breast-feeding women and children cannot use it.
