Niche fragrance house Teo Cabanel have released a new perfume named Barkhane after the sand dunes in the desert which are raised after a tempest. The composition is a woody said to be "spellbinding and mysterious," but also "enveloping,"...

The jus is signed by in-house nose Jean-François Latty. The eau de parfum opens on hesperidic top notes followed by a spicy floral heart featuring geranium, cumin and curry. Indonesian patchouli confers its woodsy facet to the fragrance together with vetiver, cistus and oud. Further down in the base, oriental notes of myrrh, tonka bean, vanilla and musks create a smoky and powdery sillage.

Prices: 95€ and 120€ for 50 ml and 100 ml respectively.
