Yves Saint Laurent are releasing a new flanker to l'Homme in 2016 called l'Homme Ultime, a blend which is said to be both powerful - masculine codes oblige - and rose-centric...
The new eau de parfum is said to reproduce part of the personality of l'Homme while featuring a novel fresh and delicate Rose Damascena in its core. The main accord rests on the "surprising freshness" of Rosa Damascena and the "raw sensuality" of aromatic sage.
Top notes open on grapefruit, ginger and cardamom seguing into a heart of rose, sage and geranium while being anchored by a base of cedarwood and vetiver.
The flacon continues to spell its aesthetic allegiance to the Bauhaus school of design remaining unchanged, save for the color of the jus now a pale steel blue.
New Zealander model Vinnie Woolson is the face of the fragrance (Via Facebook).
