In brief: Coty Inc, have announced that as CEO Bernd Beetz will retire and be replaced by Michele Scannavini coming from Coty Prestige Brands, the company will also be creating a joint partnership with Korean company LG Household & Health Care Ltd. in order to support their plan for expansion in Asia as well as strengthening their plan to go public.
