White Jasmine & Mint by Jo Malone {New Fragrance}
Jo Malone will launch a new cologne in their library of scents in October of 2007. It is called White Jasmine & Mint and is described as offering an elegant yet eccentric style, meant to evoke "...a sun-drenched morning in an English country garden." This promises to be a welcome contrast in the midst of the fall season......
White Jasmine & Mint Cologne is a fresh floral featuring the exclusive Jo Malone mint accord of wild mint and peppermint leaf at the head and a heart accord of Jo Malone heirloom jasmine, sourced from local jasmine farms in the South of France.
Other top notes include camomile, coriander, cardamom, bergamot, mace and cassis. The heart holds ylang ylang, orange flower, rose de mai absolut and muguet, drying down to a base of cedar, Jo Malone musk, mate absolut, vetiver, prune and guaiac.
Jo Malone offers the following layering tips, saying that White Jasmine & Mint "can be treated like a little black dress, combined with Blue Agava & Cacao for the evening or with Orange Blossom body crème for daytime chic."
The fragrance debuts in the UK and the US in October priced £59/€88 for 100ml. Ancillary items will be added to the collection in 2008.
