Guerlain Consecrates New Website to Latest Flanker Idylle Eau de Toilette {Perfume Images & Ads}
Guerlain have dedicated a website to their new fragrance, Idylle Eau de Toilette, a flanker with a real presence as noted earlier. On it you can watch the new TV commercial, a gallery of pictures and a documentary-style video featuring perfumer Thierry Wasser sourcing roses in Bulgaria, a new skill he has had to learn since he joined the house in 2008...
The whole atmosphere on the site is smokier and darker than for the eau de parfum although the jus itself is supposed to be greener and fresher (you never can tell before you get to smell the fragrance.)
A sensual, new note of ylang-ylang, it seems, is mentioned in the base notes, which is said to bring the impression of the smell of cashmere on the skin.
