The English Are Back... at 100, Avenue des Champs-Elysées {Fashion Notes}

scent_christmas.jpgAs a follow-up to a previous post, Marks and Spencer have announced that the new Parisian flagship store for the British brand will reopen on November 24, 2011 at 100, Avenue des Champs Elysées just in time for the Holidays shopping season....

Expect cross-cultural munchies, fusion Anglo-Indian treats, racks of naughty yet sensible lacy lingerie and woolen goodies.

On the fragrance front, the French website for the company shows home fragrance products such as seasonal pot-pourris, scented candles, and room sprays; it does not appear at the moment that they will be carrying personal perfumes, as in the UK.

You can plan ahead for Christmas and know that it will be easier to recreate a typical British cosy atmosphere at home.

The Figaro reports on the full plans for a M & S expansion in Paris.
