A fresh red rose was laid out today on December 13, 2015 by a woman named Monik Thore "for Lison" to commemorate the 1-month anniversary of the Bataclan slaughter. It had been tucked in an older red-rose wreath slowly withering away as if to make the point that flowers might die, but not memories...

While white roses were particularly favored by mourners earlier on, red roses may have appeared more in a later stage. Fragrant lilies were very present too from the start.

This photo is part of a series capturing the atmosphere of Paris after 11/13 in 130 pictures, one each day for each of the 130 Paris Attack victims.
