Dior Parfums will tap once more into Hollywood glamor to make their perfumes be perceived to be more alluring. Women's Wear Daily have announced that the fragrance arm of the couture house just signed a deal with actress Natalie Portman to become yet another famous representative for their perfumes...
No specific mention of any particular perfume was made.
The stable of Dior celebrities already comprises or have recently included Sharon Stone (Capture Totale), Charlize Theron (J'Adore), Monica Bellucci (Hypnotic Poison), Eva Green (Midnight Poison) Jude Law (Dior Homme Sport), Alain Delon (Eau Sauvage), Riley Keough (Miss Dior Chérie), Sophie Marceau (Capture Totale One Essential) and Mylène Jampanoï (Dior Snow) in Asia.
Their boutique exclusives, the Collection Particulière of perfumes, while not being as widely advertised, is reportedly both inspired by celebrity models Kate Moss, Gisèle Bündchen and Stella Tenant and their iconic predecessors at Dior Couture.
The move is aimed at strengthening the celebrity-based communication policy of LVMH-owned Dior.
